- Premier Telephone Support - if you are a member of the Quickbooks
Premier Plan you can call an exclusive hotline available 24 hours
a day. The membership is $169 for unlimited number of calls.
This is good for one year. This is recommended for the first
year of Quickbooks use.
- Data Recovery - Data recovery services are offered by Intuit.
The cost is $149 per incident. It usually takes about 10 business
days. If the files are not recovered, you are not charged.
Password Removal - if you forget your password, the password
can be removed for $5 per incident.
