Tom joined the firm as part of the management team.  He is responsible for managing daily operations of the firm including billing and collections, payroll, employee administration, tracking of key performance indicators, budget and financial statement preparation, and negotiation with and payments to vendors.  He is also responsible for the development of internal business plans, manuals and various client communication materials.

Tom graduated from Auburn University in 1986 with a BS degree in Applied Mathematics and then in 1991 Tom received his MS degree in Business Administration from Chadwick University. Tom has over 18 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry holding positions such as owner, director and vice president & general manager.  Tom has been the president and vice president of the Alabama Cable Telecommunications Association as well as being a Key Contact for the National Cable Telecommunications Association.

Tom is married to the former Suzanne Schuessler of Alpine, AL and they have two children; Wallis and Kaitlin.  Tom and his family are members of St. Paul United Methodist Church. Tom also, volunteers his time to a variety of Boaz City School System activities.
